My Open Letter to Scion - Because My Husband is Annoying Me
Dear Scion (Toyota),
My husband is a car enthusiast. His opinions aren't on any of the major forums because he only reads them (doesn't contribute like a normal human being who wants changes go occur).
1) The Scion 2013 FR-S is underpowered. 200HP isn't enough for this car. The handling is great but we only got the car because Honda doesn't make the S2000 anymore.
2) Toyota Racing Development (TRD), USA, Inc. - Can we just bypass this company and work directly with TRD Japan? Where are the options? Where are the accessories? How hard is it to come out with some foglights when Japan has it already? Feel free to put the specifications on these accessories... what's the cost, whats the added HP? The less information you give the more pissed off my husband gets. I'm sure other enthusiasts feel the same way. Way to push your customers away.
3. "The Crickets" - There is a problem with the fuel pump. Fix it. It has sounded terrible since Day 1. You should be ashamed of yourself. Fit and Finish? Not so much when it starts a chirping sound on the way home from the dealer. When will you fix this? Stop cash cowing your product! People remember when a company doesn't care about their customers. My husband has quite a few cars left to buy in his lifetime.
I have now said my piece. You will probably never read this, but at least I put it out there (unlike my husband who needs to grow a pair and say something).
